1.  How are American's Tax Dollars being wasted?

2.  My form of this project will be biased on researching thought the internet. I feel that through the internet i can find a great deal of information of how our tax dollars are being wasted.

3. My audience will be focused on the common college student the one who does not pay a high percent in taxes but certainly knows what happens when their parents taxes are increased, they get less money from them.  Most college students have or are currently employed if they are being paid properly they have paid taxes and with the job market just around the corner they should know what is happening to their money collected by uncle SAM.

4. As for a secondary role i always enjoy others input it helps me know if i am doing a decent job at it. I always turn to peers for editing as well as the academic success center. 

5. The paper will be read for left to right beginning to end.

6. It will be in MLA research format

7. I will prepare a rough draft by the 29 of November and a final turned in by the 30 of November
