When I first read this, I actually wasn't completely sure what it meant... or even partly sure,really. After considering it, I think I've come up with a reasonable explanation. I think the quote is mainly referring to "outside-of-the-box" thinking.  In my Environemtal Politics class we talked about the concept of having a "wild mind." Which is basically just being able to think outside of your comfort zone and consider things you wouldn't normally consider. After all, don't al the best inventions come from those who think wildly?

             I think that concept is closely related to this quote in that the "chaos" is the wild mind, and the dancing star is the greatness, success, achievement or whatever is accomplished. So basically, in order to achieve what you want to accomplish, you have to sometimes get out of your mental niche and see things from a different, "more wild" angle.
